Flash Interface and Usability

I found a very interesting and helpful article titled "Flash Interface and Usability" that discusses how to utilize Flash Interface properly in regards to usability. The author, Merien Kunst, acknowleges through out the article that the area of most importance is usability and how it can either be decreased or increased by implementing Flash. Usability, as defined by the author, is
the extent to which a system supports its users in completing their tasks efficiently, effectively, and satisfactorily - which may also include the experience of aesthetic pleasure.

I thought this article was a good read especially since we are concered with how aesthetics effects usability.

Not bad how that little old article about flash (from 2001) is still getting props in 2008. I feel all warm and fuzzy... thanks! ;)
