Bad Photoshopping

So this kind of goes back to the lecture a couple of weeks ago in class. Last week with the whole Rihanna/ Chris Brown fiasco, the entertainment media was trying to get all the "dirt". The picture below surfaced, claiming to show a bruised and battered Rihanna. However, it was later found out that the picture was a fake. Can you figure out which Photoshop tools were used?
